Daily Schedule

The following schedule effective June 9, 2020.

It is now required to sign up no later than 30 min prior to each class, or you will not be able to have a code to enter Live-Stream classes.

1. The email you entered in your MindBody profile is how we will reach out to you 5 min prior to each class you sign up for. You must register through MindBody no later than 30 minutes prior to each class start time in order for us to send you the code and invitation link through Zoom.us in order to take each class you’ve registered for. Although all live-streaming classes are included for all monthly members, you must sign in for each class you choose to attend. Class card holders will have one class removed from their class card. Drop-Ins will be charged for one class at the full class price. This step is how you register for each class, how we import your email to each live-streamed class through Zoom, as well as how you make a payment (unless you are a card holder or member).

2. Next step is to make sure you download the zoom.us app. We recommend that you take the video tutorial that is included on their website so that you are comfortable with the app before the class goes live. Let us know if you have any troubles and we will do our best to help out. You must mute through the zoom app once you join the group. The mute prompt is located in the lower left corner of your screen once you join the livestream. This step is to set up the Zoom app which is how how you will be watching and listening to the class.

3. You will receive an invitation for each class you signed up for 5 MINUTES PRIOR to the class you signed up for on MindBody via the email associated with your MindBody account. This step gives us time to make sure that if you’re registered through MindBody, that you have made it to the live-streamed class. We will see on our end once you’ve arrived.

4. Once you sign in for the class through Zoom upon receiving the code 5 minutes prior to class, you should be logged in to class start time. Once in, you will be muted unless the teacher unmutes  your device.  You have the option to have your  camera on or off.

Thank you again for your support, as we intend to do our very best to support you and your yoga practice in the future!

Class Descriptions

B:1 Gentle/ Build Your Foundation

Newer to yoga? Need a refresher? Just simply looking for a feel-good experience that safely and effectively works within the principles and philosophies of heart centered yoga? Take it all at a slower and more gentle pace, life is tough enough off the mat! (Note: tranquil music accompanies some or all of this class.)

B:2 / Begin to Flow

Had some experience in yoga? Looking for some challenge but not a yoga workout? This class incorporates active breathing techniques and detailed alignment to support smooth and steady transitions between the poses. Basics of yoga asanas, philosophies and inner alignment of breath, posture, and movement supported. A perfect choice to surrender… and go with the flow. (Note: some teachers use music, while some keep the sound off to help you tune into your breathing.)

B:2-3 / Flow and Beyond

Wanting something between a b2 and a b3?  Need a little more time to explore setting up in a posture before moving into the next?  For every person that has been b3 curious, but filled with anxiety about arm balances and inversions, here you go.  A perfect class to get the support and guidance you want without second guessing yourself. (Note: this class uses louder music than other classes…and no, we don’t take requests!)

B:3 / Beyond and Deeper

Looking to find a rhythmically flowing class that’s dynamic from beginning to end and that takes you to your edge? Excited to work with deeper asanas while integrating ancient yogic philosophies, refined pranayama? Let’s go beyond limited holding patterns in your yoga practice and go to the deep end. (Note: this class uses louder music than other classes…and no, we don’t take requests!)

Vinyasa Flow – mixed levels, moderate flow.  (modifications given to practice at your own level)

Gentle Flow – slow, mindful, spacious movements with room to  pause.  (all levels, perfect for balancing the nervous system)

Yin Yoga

Gentle and practical yoga for all levels and traditions of practitioners.

1. Awaken inner steadiness and stillness holding the posture longer.

2. Understand the roots of sensation, align to inner wisdom, and release blocked energies.

3. Meditation with mental-emotional clarity and balances to the nervous system.

No impact with slow minimal transitions for maximum ease. All will experience the benefits of reducing bodily stress, dissolving mental tension, and increasing energy.

Want to go deeper in your asanas? This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and low to the ground poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia, or connective tissue. (Note: harmonic sounds used for a steady backdrop of sound.)

All Levels / A combination of levels B:1, B:2, B2/3, B:3

For all practitioners.

*all classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted

Also, available 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training
