B:Y / Yin Yoga
Want to go deeper in your asanas? This All Levels practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

Restorative is a therapeutic style of yoga with utilizes props to make it easier to get into certain poses, and thus, surrender to the pose. Practicing poses sing props provides a completely supportive for total relaxation. The more your body is supported in the poses the deeper the sense of relaxation.
