Basil has opened his schedule this Spring for privates on Thursdays, with availability at 11:30am, 12:30pm, & 1:30pm.

Semi-privates are limited to 6 people & are great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike!

Sessions can be scheduled in a series with a focus on alignment, strengthening, and opening of the Hamstrings in Week #1, Hips in Week #2, Core in Week #3, and Shoulders in Week #4.
