Quiet Flow & Calming Yin also Traditional Yin
45-60 min/all levels/gentle/basics
In this practice we start with gentle postures, then move into passively held postures with extended holds for deep release in the connective tissue and for restoring emotional balance. The practice may conclude with guided relaxation and creative visualization, or nidra.
Vinyasa Basics
In this practice emphasis is on building a stable and sustainable organization of the body, breath regulation, and balance in the mental-emotional realms. Props are often utilized and gentle hands on assists may be offered in order to best support students as they build the practice.
