In this practice we will explore basic foundational organization, movements, and techniques for a gentle physical practice.

50 minutes/intermediate/moderate/building on prior yoga experience.
In this practice we will build focus and go deeper into postures for stability, flexibility, and strength.
X 60
60 minutes/advanced intermediate/moderately challenging.
In this practice we will go deeper into posture exploration and yoga techniques that support working on a sustainable practice that explores your edge.
X 75
75 minutes/intermediate-advanced/dynamic-challenging.
In this practice we will create heat while directing the inner work through more challenging postures and sequences. Incorporation of yogic technique, philosophy, and other aspects of yoga traditions.
Gentle Yin Nidra Yoga
45-60 min/all levels/gentle/basics
In this practice we start with gentle postures, then move into passively held postures with extended holds for deep release in the connective tissue and for restoring emotional balance. The practice concludes with guided relaxation and creative visualization, or nidra.
Restorative Yoga
In this practice emphasis is on total relaxation of the body, mind, and nervous system. Props are employed and work at the wall is often used for maximum ease and deep therapeutic release of tension. Often offered as a special workshop with candlelight, essential oils, extended time.
